Keep your boat safe and secure all in our dry storage facilities. Simply bring the required paperwork, allow our team to measure your vessel and trailer, pay a deposit equal to one month’s rent, and we’ll alert you as soon as we have the perfect space available.

Storage Fees

The cost of dry storage is based on the size of your vessel and trailer. Review the details and come by for measurements at your convenience.

Boats and trailers must be measured on-site by staff
Storage spaces range from all sizes up to 40 feet
We measure boats from the tip of the fully extended trailer tongue to the end of the fully extended motor.

When you become an Embarcadero tenant, secure storage is only the beginning. We also provide a range of services that keep your vessel in top shape and make your life easier.

Unlimited Valet Services

For a monthly fee, we’ll transport your boat and/or trailer anywhere onsite.

Electricity

We offer access to electricity in designated areas.

Guest Slips

The Marina at Dana Point currently has 43 guest slips available to accommodate vessels from 25 feet to over 70 feet in length. Advanced reservations are recommended. Additional guest slips are included in the harbor revitalization plan.

Truck Launch

Embarcadero’s truck can safely launch and retrieve your boat with ease.

Wet Slips

Embarcadero has 13 wet slips available to accommodate vessels up to 40 feet in length at a cost of $15 per night ($20 on holidays).
